Achilleas G. Kourtellis is currently the Sr. Director, Communication Test Solutions for Astronics Test Systems (ATS). He oversees the ATS Communication Test Solutions (CTS) business unit, a leading provider of radio test solutions supporting tactical military radios, public safety, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) markets. Achilleas is a change agent with an entrepreneurial aptitude and passion for technology. Recently, Achilleas served in the position of Senior Director, Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives to identify and implement organizational changes that drive growth and future success of the company. With ATS, Achilleas has also served as the Senior Director of Engineering and Director of New Product Development since 2014.

Previously, he worked for LitePoint (ZTEC Instruments), Rockwell Collins, and Astronics DME Corporation for a combined 12 years in the positions of Principal RF Design Engineer, RF Signal Processing Engineer, and RTS Project Engineer respectively. Achilleas received his Masters of Science (MS) degree in Digital Signal Processing from the University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Engineering in Orlando. Prior to that, he earned two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees: a BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the Higher Technical Institute in Nicosia, Cyprus and a BS in Avionics Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
