 from addiction is an amazing life experience and there are reportedly 23 Million Americans in Recovery. With nearly 1 in 10 adults experiencing this new lease on life, we went on the road to capture their stories. Knowing that they exist and hearing their stories are two totally different situations. Sharing their stories with the many more that struggle to find their pathway to recovery took on great meaning when we started meeting them. From all cultures and all walks of life, the story of Recovery is one that needs to be told more often.
