Nicole has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and is a practicing Family Medicine Physician at Reliant Medical Group in central Massachusetts, which is a subsidiary of OptumCare. She has 5 years' experience as an Epic Provider Optimization Specialist and is a certified Epic Physician Builder. She serves as the Chair of OptumCare's National Epic Clinical Steering Committee and is currently working part time as the Chief Medical Information Officer for ProHealth New York, another subsidiary of OptumCare.
