Anne Grill MS
Director, Patient Experience
During her 15-year tenure in the field of patient experience, Anne Grill has created and led service excellence strategies designed to make a meaningful impact on patients and their families. Her improvement strategies partner data analysis with best practices that emphasize interpersonal communication skills. Her work spans the continuum of care including hospitals, clinics, agencies and health systems from coast to coast. She has presented in 26 states, and during her time as an Enterprise Advisor with Press Ganey Associates, was regularly featured as a national speaker. Anne is currently the Director of Patient Experience for EvergreenHealth, where she leads this work for all service lines across the health system. Anne obtained her B.A. from Michigan State University, her M.S. from the University of Illinois, and she is certified in Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management.
