Shawna Hofer is Chief Information Security Officer for St. Luke’s Health System. St. Luke’s is the only Idaho-based, not-for-profit health system, with 9 hospitals and 200+ clinics serving the needs of communities across Southwest Idaho. Shawna has more than 10 years of experience in technology and security, including leading Identity and Access Management and Cyber Security at St. Luke’s and as a senior consultant in Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte & Touché, LLP.
Shawna has a Bachelor of Business Administration Accountancy from Boise State University and a Master of Science Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems from San Diego State University. She is a HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP), a Certified Healthcare Information Security Leader (CHISL) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Shawna serves on the Board for the Institute for Pervasive Cybersecurity at Boise State University.
