Braden is the Director of Mid-Market Sales for Pondurance. Braden's primary focus is on leading a national team of Account Executives to grow revenue and acquire new logos in the commercial mid-market space. Braden also works with a small portfolio of strategic enterprise healthcare accounts. Born and raised in Springfield, MO, Braden received his bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Drury University with an emphasis in strategy.
Braden has been with Pondurance for nearly 5 years and has worked in information technology and security for over ten years, starting in support roles while completing his undergraduate work at Missouri State. His most recent role before Pondurance was as a project manager for the security consulting division of the large FinTech firm Jack Henry & Associates. Braden also ran a small technology consulting firm for two years that focused on remote pharmacy technology integration for small long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
Braden's other professional interests include privacy and digital rights, education technology, and IoT. When not at work Braden enjoys spending time with his wife, Niki, and two children, Eva and Patrick. Braden's favorite ways to clear his head are to play golf, read, or go on long walks with his German Shepherd mix, Oskar.
