Passionate about dentistry and empowering dental hygienists to elevate their profession, Valerie has spent 26 hard-working but loved years in the dental industry serving as a Dental Assistant, Clinical Hygienist, Hygiene Educator, Director of Hygiene, Independent Coach, Practice Management and Sales Consultant. Her experience with training and development for dental teams along with implementing new product innovations and technology has enhanced the patient experience, improved standards of care, and contributed to growth in revenue for dental practices across the country. Valerie graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science and received an AAS Degree in Dental Hygiene from Rio Salado College. She is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in AZ, UT, and GA and holds a Laser certification from The Academy of Laser Dentistry. Valerie is a Faculty Educator for Invisalign and Biolase and KOL for the Dental Hygiene Coding Committee where she has provided testimony at ADA Coding meeting in Chicago in support of codes recognized in the 2019 ADA CDT manual.
