Oversight and responsibility for enhancing and continually improving the overall experience of patients and families at Parkview Health System. Coaches leaders and staff for improved results and execution of best practices and chosen strategies. Monitors and trends PHS patient satisfaction scores and trends and compare to national scores and trends. Obtains and distributes pertinent patient satisfaction scores. Develop standards of service behaviors system wide. Although the title is Patient experience, I look at the overall human experience for Parkview, which includes employees. We want to create a culture where the employees love what they do and this drives the passion in our care and experience for our patients, families and community.
