Zac Fritz is the Chief Executive Officer for HGS AxisPoint Health, the whole person care arm of HGS Healthcare. He has more than 25 years’ experience with innovative SaaS, data analytics, telehealth, and care management services firms. His experience includes growing (strategy, go-to-market), scaling (systems, processes, KPIs), and turning around (financial controls, margins, culture) organizations.
Zac is passionate about developing solutions that leverage predictive analytics and evidence-based, whole person approaches across med-psych interventions.
He joined HGS in May 2020 from BetterNight, where he provided go-to-market and product leadership for the nation’s first national, end-to-end Sleep Apnea Telehealth solution. Prior to BetterNight, he was CEO of Health Integrated, a $45M behavioral health and care management company. He led the company and oversaw its sale to EXL. In his prior role as Chief Revenue Officer of Health Integrated, he grew revenue by 77% in in two years.
Prior to Health Integrated, Zac was VP and General Manager of Hospital Planning Software and CRM Applications for Truven Health Analytics, where he held overall P&L accountability for multiple hospital-segment software business lines with more than 700 clients nationwide and revenue of $42M. In his tenure as Vice President of Healthcare Sales at HealthMedia, a Johnson & Johnson company, he established sales strategy and led the national sales team for health plans, hospitals, IDNs, and employer sales.
Zac has a M.B.A. from Indiana University and a B.A. in American History from DePauw University.
