Pablo Hester is an experienced community health leader and has led teams in primary care, dental health, and reproductive services. Driven by providing innovative patient centric care, Pablo has been successful in implementing creative solutions to expand patient access and improve patient outcomes. Through team-based approaches, Pablo’s leadership has led to the creation of a school-based health clinic for dental hygiene services, implementation of new telehealth modalities in dental and reproductive health settings, integration of medical, behavioral and dental care and expansion of other health services. Pablo currently serves as the Director of the Virtual Care Center at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains where he leads teams responsible for patient follow up, telehealth, patient navigation and call center for a region that includes Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and Southern Nevada. Prior to starting his career in healthcare, Pablo obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Sociology and Minor in Ethnic Studies. Pablo also holds an MA in International Development from the University of Denver, Josef Korbel School for International Studies. Pablo was born and raised in Colorado and enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and two active dogs.
