Marnell Bradfield is an innovative, performance-driven, rural healthcare leader with 25+ years of clinical and leadership experience. Marnell has extensive knowledge and skills in small/rural healthcare transformation, evidence-based care collaboration, quality improvement models, and data collection/analysis. She has successfully engaged rural providers and facilitated sustainable value by creating and delivering high-quality, transformative, team-based solutions that meet the Quadruple Aim and address the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
Marnell is currently the Administrative Director of the Community Care Alliance (CCA). In this role, Marnell provides leadership and oversight for the CCA, working collaboratively with members of the clinically integrated network (CIN) to promote population health strategies and value-based care initiatives in Colorado and other states.
Marnell holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Transformation (MSHCT) from the University of Texas, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, and professional certifications in both Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Risk Management (CPHRM). She also maintains her clinical licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
