Sarah's comprehensive experience with health care delivery and the care continuum, leveraging health IT for evidence-based initiatives, and the maintenance of a centralized data aggregation and population health management tool will prove invaluable to the future of IHP and its member health centers.
Cho, a trained epidemiologist, will oversee the network's technology initiatives, and data aggregation, integrity and analysis to improve clinical quality measures, leading towards actionable reporting for health center providers.

Prior to joining IHP, Cho worked at Scripps Health since 2006, where she most recently held the position of Corporate Director of Population Health Analytics for Scripps Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Health Plan, and the Qualcomm Premier ACO. In this role, she headed the population health data science team to support the transformation of big data into actionable insights to drive improvement in clinical outcomes for value-based populations. In previous positions at Scripps, Cho led reporting and analytics for Corporate Quality Assurance and the Project Management Office. Cho received her B.S. in biological sciences from the University of the Pacific and her M.P.H. in research epidemiology from Loma Linda University.
