Registration Policies

  • All requests for refunds must be in writing and received within 30 days of registration. A $99 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations received within 30 days of registration.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from registration or for registrations made 30 days or less prior to the event start date.
  • Sponsor complimentary passes may not be issued to non-employees.
  • Any additional fees (i.e. tour, pre-conference workshop and partner association workshop fees) are non-refundable.
  • Persons who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the Summit + Forum.
  • There are no exceptions to this policy.

No Show Fee Policy

  • From time to time we may issue complimentary event passes and in these situations we will assess a $0.01 charge to hold your spot. If you need to cancel your registration, we require cancellation requests to be received no later than twenty four hours prior to the start of the Summit + Forum.
  • If you do not attend the Summit + Forum and we do not receive your cancellation request within the allotted time, we will charge you a $295.00 "no-show" fee.
  • Consistent with the practice of providing a complimentary pass, we ask that you take advantage of the opportunity to meet with our sponsors and leading industry solution providers. 
  • There are no exceptions to this policy.
