Dr. Mark Stephan is the Chief Medical Officer of Q Point Health, a division of Equality Health. Prior to joining Equality Health, he was the first CMO for Arizona Care Network (ACN), helping Dignity Health and Tenet jointly build an Accountable Care Organization in Phoenix.
Dr. Stephan practiced Family Medicine for 19 years in total, including Medical Director roles at the Dignity Health Family Medicine Residency program and as the founding clinician at the Wesley Health Center, a FQHC.
He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, then trained in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. He received his MBA from the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.
