Moataz is an expert in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Planning, Stakeholders alignment, Joint Venture assists management, negotiations, project new entry, Business Strategy, Field Development across the Oil and Gas value chain, and Energy Transition.

Moataz holds BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, Project Management Diploma from Manchester University and MBA from Manchester University.
