Moataz is currently a project manager for Shell in Egypt. Moataz has 23 years of experience in the Oil and gas industry, managing projects during Define and Execution of several subsea development projects (brownfield and green field) in addition to multi billion dollars LNG project in Tanzania during concept select phase. Moataz has joined Shell during the acquisition of BG group in 2016. before joining Shell Moataz worked for Bg group in Egypt developing various phases of WDDM. He played different roles in Bg JV in Egypt, SURF EPIC package manager, Engineering Manager and Project Manager leading multinational project management team, designing and installing subsea facilities. In addition, Moataz worked as front end subsea manager for Tanzania upstream project during concept selection. Moataz has a Bachelor of Mechanical engineering in 1995. He is a charter Engineer, with a membership of the institution of mechanical engineering (IMeche) and certified IPMA level C from the APM in London.
