What to Expect at the Summit
What's Included in Your Exhibit Space
Your exhibit space includes one 6’ x 30” draped table and two chairs. You may opt to use a taller cocktail table instead of 6' x 30" if you prefer.
Sponsors are allowed/encouraged to bring:
- Pull-up banners
- Branded table cloth
- Collateral
- Giveaways

When/Where to Pick-Up Your Badge
Badge pick-up is available at registration and opens 45 minutes prior to welcome remarks on the first day of the Summit.
There will be signage in the lobby directing you to the registration desk.

Parking
Valet and self parking will be available onsite. Check your registration confirmation for details.
Overnight/Guest: $32 valet / $23 self
Day Rate: $18 valet / $12 self
Attire
Attire is business casual. It does tend to get cool in the conference rooms (and it's difficult to moderate), so please consider bringing something warm.
