OUC finished their electric and water AMI meter deployment early 2014, when they quickly realized the meters provided a wealth of data.  For several years, this data was essentially being “thrown away”.  Early in 2019, a Meter Data Roadmap was define and approved by Executive Leadership.  One key element of the roadmap was the implementation of an operational Meter Data Repository.   Come hear about OUC’s journey from throwing data away to processing over 12GB of data a day in a robust, cloud-based, operational data platform.
