Mark Carpenter oversees transmission grid operations, Oncor’s interface with ERCOT, the company’s distribution operation centers, Oncor’s distribution management and transmission management systems supporting Oncor’s operations, and Oncor's environmental and NERC compliance activities. Before being named to his current position, Mr. Carpenter held various management positions in technology, engineering and field operations throughout his career for Oncor and its former affiliated companies. Mr. Carpenter is a member of the IEEE Power System Relaying Committee and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas
