Laura Chen is a Senior Consultant in the Technology practice at West Monroe specializing in Data Engineering & Analytics. She has professional experience in advanced analytics, data visualization, and is focused on helping clients find valuable, data-driven insights.

At West Monroe, Laura has applied her knowledge to develop analytics solutions for E&U clients utilizing Power BI and C3.ai.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Laura worked for PepsiCo Frito-Lay, where she developed reporting tools, financial models, and provided data-backed insights for engineering and supply chain initiatives. She used her keen understanding of PepsiCo business processes to develop models that allowed senior leadership to monitor overall supply chain health and prioritize engineering projects. Laura has also applied her technical skills in building dashboards for Trammell Crow Residential to monitor critical KPI’s.

Laura earned a B.S. in Information Systems, a B.S. in Mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
