Gillian Sowray is the CEO and co-founder of Fordje, an AI platform that delivers up-to-date city code data to accelerate construction. With 16 years of product leadership across climate tech, SaaS, and startups, she focuses on untangling regulatory complexity so teams can build faster and smarter. Gillian holds dual master’s degrees in Business and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, and has spoken at NAHB’s International Builders’ Show, SXSW, and SF Climate Week. She lives in Portland, Ore., where she also makes wine and performs Shakespeare.
