Lisa Copeland is the Chief Financial Officer & Senior Associate at KAA Design located in Los Angeles, California. She received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and MBA from Kellogg School of Management. Lisa oversees KAA’s operational and financial reporting/processes, provides long and short-term financial planning and budgeting, develops the firm’s financial strategies, and provides risk management. Prior to joining KAA, she worked in the banking, construction, real estate and development industries. She served as a former bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She has formed a local CFO Roundtable group which is comprised of other local design firms within the Los Angeles area with the united goal to create Best Practices within the industry. She currently serves as the Board Treasurer for the non-profit organization artworxLA.
