Rita Mikhailova is the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager at Next Stage Design + Build, a residential remodeling firm in Silicon Valley. She earned her accounting degree and California real estate license before launching her career in corporate real estate. Seeking more hands-on work, she joined Next Stage as its youngest Project Developer, selling and managing renovations across the Bay Area. After relocating to San Diego, she transitioned into marketing—leveraging her firsthand project experience and deep understanding of homeowner priorities to shape every initiative. Today, Rita leads print and digital strategy, content marketing, and analytics-driven campaigns.
