Chrystie Twigg is Vice President of Digital Product at West Shore Home, one of the nation’s largest home remodeling companies. There, she leads teams developing custom software solutions that reimagine the remodeling experience for homeowners nationwide. With two decades of engineering and product management experience, Chrystie has built and scaled organizations at companies including Best Buy and Zendesk, driving innovation in digital experiences and platforms.

At West Shore Home, she is focused on harnessing technology and AI to transform how remodeling projects are designed, sold, and completed—making the process more efficient, transparent, and customer-friendly. A longtime advocate for women in underrepresented industries, she has volunteered with AnitaB.org and NCWIT to expand pathways for women in technology. Chrystie holds a master’s in computer engineering from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Computer Science from Bradley University.
