Carol Lewis currently leads the UNC Health Care and School of Medicine Center for Innovation with a mission to drive disruptive transformation of healthcare financing and delivery systems (www.med.unc.edu/innovation). Develop and manage diversified portfolio of innovation initiatives in collaboration with UNC faculty and employees, industry partners, and other external funders.

Carol guides and oversees development of strategic and operational plans for UNC Health Care and School of Medicine to transition to patient-centered, value-oriented healthcare models. Facilitate large-scale, multi-disciplinary project teams in program design, collaboration, project execution, and external funding efforts.
