Dr. Sara Slovin provides direct patient care and supervises medical students and residents at the Nemours duPont Pediatrics Rockland Road primary care practice in Wilmington, DE, where she has been the Physician-in-Charge since 2017. She also spends time as a general pediatric inpatient attending at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. Dr. Slovin is a member of the Physician Informatics Team (PhIT), a group of ten multispecialty physicians across the enterprise who aim to improve the clinician experience with health information technology through enhancements to EPIC functionality. She received her EPIC Physician Builder certification in 2018 and currently serves as the chair of the Enterprise-wide EMR Taskforce, which engages clinicians in decisions related to EMR improvement. She also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida. She then completed a fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University and obtained a Master’s of Science in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
