The imaging informatics sector is rapidly being transformed because of a wide variety of factors, not only including advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced data analytics, to support both radiological workflow and operations and diagnostics itself; but also because of changes in how radiologists and radiology groups are organized (such as via the consolidation of groups now doing remote read work nationwide).
