Thomas Charlton is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goliath Technologies, a position he has held since 2011. He draws from 25 years of experience as a transformational CEO of enterprise software companies in the U.S., Canada, and Israel.
Before founding Goliath Technologies, Thomas served as CEO of multiple venture backed technology businesses where he was responsible for orchestrating serial turnarounds that resulted in those companies returning to growth and profitability, ultimately creating shareholder value through liquidity events. He spent a decade as a Venture Partner with Insight Venture Partners. Thomas began his management career in healthcare at US Surgical, holding a series of executive sales management positions within the company.
