I have worked 20+ years in the very sophisticated, complex, and competitive healthcare industry, with 22 years in contracted management with Sodexo and Aramark. I am currently the VP of Operations for Aramark Healthcare+ at Northshore University Health Systems (6 acute care hospitals, multiple ASC and MOB centers as well as over 50 clinics) in the suburbs of Chicago. I have a passion for leading people and have multi-unit (20+locations) responsibility for over 15 years. I am a passionate, driven, goal-focused thought leader. Fostering a patient-centric culture, with top performing people, the teams I lead have inspired me to continue this journey.

Providing high level operational leadership over multiple departments, at multiple locations with over 900 employees; Biomedical Engineering, Housekeeping, Food/Culinary, Clinical Nutrition, Maintenance/Facilities, Logistics, call center, groundskeeping and Plant Operations (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Systems, Refrigeration, etc.), government regulatory requirements.

Throughout my career I have demonstrated an exceptional ability to work both independently and collaboratively. I have over 10 years of experience as an executive, with an ability to build consensus among key stakeholders. My reputation as a change leader who can pivot at a moment’s notice is something I am extremely proud of in this ever-changing industry. Collaborating with leaders at every level within an organization to develop and implement business strategy solutions that continuously improve operations and patient experiences provides the fuel that drives me.

Earned several leadership and team awards of excellence throughout my career. Have published 2 separate “white paper/ case studies” while working in the healthcare world. One regarding Environmental Services patient satisfaction and cleanliness and the other regarding the power of promoting from within your team.
