Earl joined Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) in 2014 as a home care physician to staff the newly created Advanced Medical Care at Home (AMCAH) program. Over the past three years, he has helped develop and execute the digital strategy for this program. In March of 2020 he began working with the COVID Home Monitoring Innovation Team as the subject matter expert for remote patient monitoring. Before joining SCPMG, Earl was a Medical Director for the VNA Hospice and Palliative Care of Southern California.
