Russell is the Executive Director, Simulation, Interprofessional Education and Library Services, Associate Professor, Department of Surgery and Co-Director Simulation Fellowship Program at Cedars-Sinai Health System. He has led healthcare simulation facilities in the UK and was recruited in 2013 to lead the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centers Simulation Center.
