Jay Ahlmer was named President of Versalus Health, an industry-leading solution for Utilization Management, Documentation and Coding, and Physician Advisory services, in 2021. In his role as President, he drives the vision and strategic growth of the company by ensuring impactful and strategic partnerships with health systems and hospital clients. Ahlmer is leading the way to improve healthcare, one hospital at a time.
Previously, Ahlmer served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Versalus Health. With his expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and hospital management, he led the Strategic Advisement team to improve operational and financial performance. Before joining Versalus Health, he has held numerous leadership positions with TripleTree and Executive Health Resources.
Ahlmer has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle management, analytics, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted health system executives in strategic planning, market sizing and analysis, and financial projections. He also serves as board treasurer of Charlestown Playschool.
Ahlmer holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA Charterholder.
