As Senior Vice President of Employer Solutions & Population Health, Terri leads TriHealth’s core strategy of population health operations and infrastructure across the TriHealth system. A registered nurse with a master’s degree in Nursing Administration, Terri has more than 30 years of experience in health care. Her clinical background, combined with a highly successful business career overseeing Corporate Health, enable Terri to effectively guide TriHealth’s journey to value-based care through the lens of a caregiver. Her responsibilities include increasing the number of dedicated patients for TriHealth and helping to lower the cost of care for all patients TriHealth serves by improving the overall health status of the population. This means ensuring patients receive preventive care and appropriate medical intervention when needed, thus helping to manage overall health more predictably and affordably. Throughout her career, Terri has shown an exceptional ability to successfully manage complex projects and functions involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Most recently, this has been evident in her leadership and oversight of TriHealth’s successful rollout of the COVID-19 vaccination in the Cincinnati community. Terri also contributes her time and leadership skills to several community initiatives that address childhood poverty and literacy, exemplifying her belief in helping children have a strong start to thrive long term.
