RDH Clinical Recognition Program

RDH & Waterpik provide a program developed to recognize dental hygiene clinicians who go the extra mile in their jobs...clinicians who are changing their patients’ lives, influencing their patients’ health, and making a daily difference.

Submission Process

Submissions must be self-nomination and will be submitted both written and video through an online application that also requires your full name, credentials, email address, and mobile number.
Submission deadline is April 30, 2026.

The following questions must be addressed in written form, with each response not exceeding 250 words

Question 1: Commitment to Clinical Excellence: Explain your dedication to achieving clinical excellence in dental hygiene and discuss the positive effects it has had on you, your patients, and the dental practice

Question 2: Community Service and Leadership: Explain how you increase oral health awareness and make a positive impact on your community through outreach programs, advocacy efforts, or volunteer activities

The last question requires a video submission that must not exceed 30 seconds in length

Final Question: Professional Accomplishment: Tell us in a short video why you feel you should be recognized for this award

Event Registration Acknowledgement

By submitting a Nomination, Nominator understands that any nomination submission becomes the property of Endeavor Business Media, LLC, and Water Pik, Inc. may use the content of my submission for any purpose in connection with the Program and for general advertising purposes. Nominator further releases and holds each of Endeavor Business Media, LLC and Water Pik, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, representatives and the Judges of the RDH Clinical Recognition Program harmless from any and all claims, damages or loss, including, but not limited to, loss of current or future business or profits or any harm to reputation and regardless of whether Endeavor Business Media, LLC and Water Pik, Inc. was advised of the possibility of such damages, due to submitting an entry, the entrant’s product review score or the publication of other Program scores. This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted and includes all claims in tort, contract, equity or otherwise and if any portion therefore is held invalid, the undersigned agrees that the balance shall continue in full force and effect. Nominator further agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action, arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved by judicial proceeding taking place in the state or federal courts within the state of Tennessee and be adjudicated in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee; (2) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket-costs incurred, including costs incurred in entering, but in no event shall include an award of attorney’s fees’ and (3) Nominator waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, loss of profits, and any other damages and rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
