A large utility drives a culture of data-driven decision-making within its engineering team. The team partnered with West Monroe to define, prioritize, and execute high-value doable use cases using Agile Data Driven Scrum (DDS) Framework. Highlighted use cases include 1) using Outage and AMI data to develop algorithms that deliver improvement in reliability indices (CAIDI) without any change in field practice and 2) Proactive identification of open neutral conditions to deliver on the promise of employee and public safety.
