It is the end to end building of a 2 year apprentice program. It walks through identification of the right apprentice candidate, developing a tech-mentor, developing the training steps, implementing the program, monitoring checkpoints, employee growth and certification. I’ve done this in parts before but not as a package. It is very comprehensive. This one has been gaining traction with our members. Great for folks that want to “grow their own” technicians.
