The Treatment Center Executive and Marketing Retreat is accepting presentations for its 2019 event. The Retreat provides CEOs, CFOs, COOs, directors, senior marketing/business development/admissions leaders, and other executives with the tools they need to effectively and ethically grow their services in a rapidly changing market.
 
The conference is a sister event of the Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat.

This exclusive, three-day conference offers panel discussions, expert presentations, and formal and informal networking opportunities for senior treatment center executives and marketers to learn the latest best practices and explore ethical challenges as they build strong organizations in the behavioral healthcare field.
 
 
Presentation Topics
The Retreat will consider presentations on any topic area related to the management and/or marketing of behavioral healthcare treatment settings. Some suggested topics are below:
 
  • Operations: Strategies, structures, and measures for payment in a changing reimbursement landscape, as well as reenergizing organizational performance
  • Marketing: Developing, marketing, and sustaining your organization’s reputation among prospects, funders, and communities
  • Policy: Evolving legislative and regulatory actions affecting service delivery, care, payers, and reimbursement
  • Compliance: Essentials for building and exercising a strong compliance program, from boardroom to front desk organization; including how to remain compliant with the multiple local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditor standards?
  • Measurement: Understanding and implementing measures of therapeutic effectiveness, service quality, and organizational impact
  • Services: Envisioning, creating, launching, and sustaining new treatment modalities and service offerings
  • Integration: How behavioral health providers build and measure effective, coordinated care relationships with physical health
  • Technology: Optimizing service delivery, efficiency, impact, and quality using telecommunications and information technology
 
Presentation Format:
Educational Sessions, June 11-12, 2019
(90-minutes including question-and-answer period)

Presentation proposals are due October 19, 2018
 
How do I submit a presentation?
Please submit your presentation in a MICROSOFT WORD document to gmeyer@iabhc.com
 
All presentation proposals should include:
  • Contact Information for Notification
  • Title of the Presentation
  • Presentation synopsis, 200-word maximum
  • Name, Title and Appellations, and Organization information of Presenter(s) (listed as you would prefer it to appear in the program)
  • Learning Topics of the Presentation --- Including 3 identified objectives of the Presentation that addresses the business challenge
  • Biography of Presenter(s) – 250-word maximum - please do not include resumes
 
Presenting Benefits:
  • Presenters will receive a complimentary full conference admission (2 presenters maximum per session)
  • Full conference admission includes access to all educational and networking events, meal functions, and receptions (This does not include preconference workshops that require additional fees)

Notification of Acceptance
The Program Committee will contact chosen presenters by e-mail by November 15, 2018. It is expressly understood that the presentation submitted may be scheduled at any time on any of the conference dates at the discretion of the conference program committee.
