Tania Bhattacharyya, Foundation Executive Director

 

Tania is responsible for the management of public relations and fundraising activities, including grants, fundraising events, social enterprises, and NDFW capital campaign. She has been with New Directions for Women since 2009, serving a variety of functions including coordination of all special events, marketing, and alumnae relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California – Irvine.

Tracie Duich, Chief Marketing Officer, Meridian Treatment Solutions

 

Tracie Duich, chief marketing officer for Meridian Treatment Solutions, has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and management with companies such as Motorola, Chevrolet and Estee Lauder. Duich has brought her talent and expertise in marketing and psychology to Meridian Treatment Solutions and The Bridge Mental Health Program as chief marketing officer. She has worked in the field of alcohol and drug treatment for 13 years, helping families and loved ones of those that are afflicted with alcohol, drugs or mental health disorders, through coaching and interventions. 

Krista Gilbert, PhD, LMFT, Chief Executive Officer at Constellation Behavioral Health

 

Krista Gilbert joined the Constellation Behavioral Health team with over 20 years of experience in the treatment of addiction and mental health issues. Throughout her career Krista has focused on providing extraordinary, evidence-based treatment to individuals and families in crisis and has supported thousands of adolescents and adults in finding their path to recovery.

 

Krista was a senior executive with Foundations Recovery Network for nine years where she co-created the FRN System of Care, co-wrote the FRN Recovery Workbook, and drove key development initiatives across the country.  Prior to FRN, Krista worked with Bayside Marin, Youth & Family Assistance, Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice, and Newstart Outpatient Counseling.

 

While pursuing her B.S. in Psychology, her M.S. in Counseling and her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, Krista also gained 16 years of legal experience through her work with top-ranking law firms in California and New York where her focus ranged from family law, insurance defense, tax law, and employment law.

Felicia Kleinpeter, CEO, Imagine Recovery

 

Felicia Kleinpeter is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Imagine Recovery, an intensive outpatient program in New Orleans. Kleinpeter has been active in the mental health/substance-use field for more than eight years, working with families and individuals. She is passionate about creating solutions that give people hope. Kleinpeter has formed and continues to build relationships with top local and national mental health professionals and organizations who have the same ethics and commitment to help others.

 

Kleinpeter also supports various organizations in Louisiana and around the country, including Bridge House/Grace House, Covenant House and Liberty’s Kitchen in New Orleans, as well as Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE) nationally. She is currently helping Tulane University launch their Collegiate Recovery Program to support students in recovery on and off campus.
Daniel Samson, President/Founder, Destinations to Recovery
 
Daniel Samson is the founder/president of Destinations for Teens, which he established in 2012. Destinations is one of the premier teen treatment centers in the United States and provides both residential and outpatient programs that are designed to support the entire family throughout their journey to sustainable wellbeing. Prior to Destinations, Samson was the director of special projects for SnF Management, LLC and Windsor Healthcare, a skilled nursing company with 40 facilities in California and Arizona. He was involved in new business development and company with 40 facilities in California and Arizona. He was involved in new business development and company initiatives, including the startup and management of Destinations for Teens. Samson continues to maintain a seat on the executive board of SnF Management and Windsor Healthcare. Additionally, he has held board positions at several private educational and charitable institutions in the Los Angeles area.
