The Passenger Experience is a highly-focused virtual learning and networking event offering multiple live sessions as well as on-demand content that you can view at your own pace. With the impact of COVID-19 on the travel industry, much consideration on what the passenger experience will be like once the industry returns to a new sense of normal is vital to its recovery.
